Stumble itI met Meg & Toby at one of our Home Buyer Workshops many moons ago when they were looking for their first home together.
They were excited and nervous, as all first time home buyers were but they were really happy when we found them a great condo downtown with an oversized bedroom and plenty of space for all of their books and Meg’s piano! 
A few years later along came their beautiful baby boy, Cormac & suddenly their one bedroom condo was starting to feel smaller…especially when he started moving around. So the house hunt began…
We took our time making sure we chose the right neighbourhood where they could comfortably raise a family and have enough room in the home to grow.
In the end we found something just right and they were thrilled! The sale of their condo went smoothly and quickly which made everything that much better!
As always, it was an absolute pleasure working with Meg, Toby & little Mac. He’s growing SO fast and now there is room for some more
