When we typically write up offers for our clients, we usually ask for the appliances, light fixtures, window coverings etc.
The offer we did for Mike was the first time I had actually asked the seller to take everything out – he didn’t want a SINGLE thing!
The house Mike bought was sooooo disgusting we wanted as much taken out of that place as possible as he was going to have to dump it anyway – to this day it still gets the vote for the worst home I’ve ever sold in almost twenty years in the business!
After a few years of hard work and creativity, Mike turned the house into an amazing home.
