Stumble itDan didn’t have much of a chance in using his own agent since Tom and I had been the agent Sara’s family had used for years…. So glad we won him over and we had so much fun working together!
In a time of so many homes going in multiple offers and selling way over the asking price, we were able to find them the perfect house and, with a great strategy, got it without a fight for less than the list price.
