Stumble itWilco and Meghan got a great opportunity to move to Atlantic Canada and decided to sell their home here first.
After they had done all the cosmetic fix-ups we recommended in our Room-By-Room Review, we were ready to go. They notified their neighbours that they were moving and one of them said that their daughter and son-in-law were very interested in buying the house and could they give Wilco and Meghan an offer right away.
They didn’t feel very comfortable with that and decided to follow the usual process by putting their home onto the MLS to expose it to other agents too.
Within two days of listing, we ended up negotiating with seven offers and getting Wilco and Meghan a much higher price than they expected.
Even the neighbours were happy because their daughter and son-in-law were the lucky winners of the competition.
